7fbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7fbd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7fbd website at 7fbd.pro and all services, games, and features offered therein. Where ineligibility is found to have existed at the time of registration, any winnings generated may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances or winnings being forfeited. If you discover that a duplicate account has been opened in your name without your knowledge, you must notify 7fbd immediately.

3. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once, including by registering multiple accounts, will result in all bonus funds being removed and may lead to permanent account closure.
4. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only for the game or games specified in the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.

9. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7fbd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. 7fbd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7fbd account in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 7fbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

7fbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, 7fbd will provide at least fourteen days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For minor amendments that do not materially affect your rights or obligations, the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
